Blossom for Business has been designed to support female health in corporate environments and to make women feel more empowered to drive their careers in balance with their private lives.

Blossom for Business is based on 4 steps to maximize female health and empower women in corporate environments

Join in 1 or 2 weeks training self care & resilience
Develop your self care rituals with My Blossom and learn how to incorporate them best into your every day corporate life - incl. Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, HIIT, Mindfulness and healthy nutrition.

Step 3:

Learn about the power of self care as driver for your career
Learn about the self care practices of female role models in your company.

Practice mindfulness and gratefulness in corporate environment.

Understand its impact on your leadership style and customer centricity.

Step 4:

Find all your training content in My Blossom App & continue your journey
Continue your training with access to My Blossom Health and dedicated Corporate Login into My Blossom App, including all the training you’ve experienced.

Enjoy your self care package including a personal diary and nutrition supplements to further support your healthy diet.
