Sebastian’s good mood easily spills over in his trainings and every single workout you do with him pushes you to your boundaries.
Fitness Instructor, Health Coach and Yoga Coach. Nadja left her corporate Job a while ago to fully focus on her passion: Sport and health supported by a holistic Wellness concept. Nadja supports primarily young women to find more balance in their lives.
Early on in my childhood I started incorporating sports into my everyday life. I get motivated by the positive energy, balance and happiness I get after every workout session. Unique and high-quality workouts are key to me so is working towards a joint challenge and having fun.

Lottes Workouts focus on precision and building up her clients’ physical and mental strength and resilience. Lotte loves to walk, bike, run and swim – but also finds balance in her Yoga practice. Sharing that feeling of fulfillment and happiness is what drives Lotte in making her clients stronger and more relaxed.
Nadine was close to turning Baseball into her career when she discovered the fascination of functional training and HIIT. Her passion for sports and healthy nutrition is the basis of all her workouts. So is to define common goals with all her workshops participants.
